What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will report directly to a Site Leader and play a crucial role in the operations team. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, ensuring that all products are handled safely and efficiently. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, verifying that the physical inventory count matches the purchase order and resolving any discrepancies that arise.

You will also manage the inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders, ensuring that the sales floor and overall facility remain clean and organized. Your role will require you to contact customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items, demonstrating your commitment to customer service. Additionally, you will be responsible for using various equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies to move products safely within the facility.
