What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the site. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, verifying that the physical inventory matches purchase orders and resolving any discrepancies that arise. Additionally, you will manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor and overall facility. You will also be responsible for managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices, ensuring that products are handled safely and efficiently.

In this role, you will interact with customers to address any issues related to substituted or out-of-stock items, demonstrating your commitment to customer satisfaction. You will utilize equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies to move products safely within the facility. Your ability to work in various conditions, including freezer locations, will be essential to your success. You will also need to be prepared to walk several flights of steps periodically throughout your shifts, ensuring that you remain active and engaged in your work.
