What you'll do
As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in the operations team by picking and packing items for dispatch to customers. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, ensuring that the physical inventory count matches the purchase order and resolving any discrepancies. Managing inventory and re-shelving canceled orders will be part of your daily responsibilities, as well as cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility. You will also manage waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices. Your role will involve contacting customers for substituted or out-of-stock items and handling, scanning, and moving products in a safe and organized manner. You will be required to stand, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, and walk during your shifts, and you may work in freezer locations periodically. You will prepare quality beverages and food menu items as needed.
