You are comfortable working with various tools and equipment, and you understand the importance of safety and organization in a warehouse setting. You are also flexible with your schedule, ready to adapt to peak shifts as needed.
What you'll do
As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch, receiving and unpacking pallets of products, and managing inventory to ensure that stock levels are maintained. You will also be responsible for cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility, as well as managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices. You will need to communicate with customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items, and you will handle products that may contain tobacco, nicotine, or alcohol. Your role will require you to be physically active, standing, walking, and lifting products throughout your shift.
