You are physically capable of performing tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting up to 49 pounds throughout your shift. You are adaptable and can work a fluid schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, receiving and unpacking pallets of products from vendors, and managing inventory to ensure accuracy. You will also be responsible for cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility, as well as managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices. You will need to communicate with customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items and handle products safely and efficiently. Your role will require you to work in various environments, including freezer locations, and to use equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies to move products.
