You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys hands-on work. You have a positive attitude and are ready to take on the challenges that come with being an Operations Associate at Gopuff. You understand the importance of teamwork and are eager to contribute to a collaborative atmosphere. You are physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting items throughout your shift, and you are comfortable working in various conditions, including freezer locations. You are adaptable and can work a flexible schedule that includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What you'll do
As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that Gopuff's operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, receiving and unpacking pallets of products from vendors, and managing inventory to ensure accuracy. You will also be responsible for cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility, managing waste and spoilage, and ensuring compliance with FIFO practices. You will interact with customers to handle substitutions or out-of-stock items and will use various equipment to move products safely and efficiently.
