You are comfortable working with basic web-based software applications and can adapt to a fluid schedule that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Your physical capabilities allow you to stand, walk, and lift items up to 49 pounds throughout your shifts, ensuring that you can effectively handle the demands of the role.

What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in the operations team by picking and packing items for dispatch to customers. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, ensuring that the physical inventory count matches purchase orders and resolving any discrepancies. Additionally, you will manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders, keeping the sales floor and overall facility clean and organized.

You will also be responsible for managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices, contacting customers for substituted or out-of-stock items, and handling products safely and efficiently. Your role may require you to work in freezer locations periodically, and you will use various equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies to move products. Your ability to work collaboratively with partner drivers and maintain a well-organized workspace will be essential to delivering excellent service to Gopuff's customers.
