Who you are
You are a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to take on the challenges of an operations role. Your ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, makes you an ideal candidate for this position. You are comfortable lifting up to 49 pounds and can stand and walk for the duration of your shift. You have a general working knowledge of basic web-based software applications, which will help you in your daily tasks.
What you'll do
As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in the operations team. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, receiving and unpacking pallets of products from vendors, and ensuring that the physical inventory count matches the purchase order. You will also manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders, clean and organize the sales floor, and manage waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices. Additionally, you will handle, scan, and move products safely and efficiently, ensuring that all operations run smoothly.
