You have a general working knowledge of basic web-based software applications, which helps you manage tasks efficiently. You are physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting items up to 49 pounds throughout your shifts. Your attention to detail ensures that you can accurately manage inventory and resolve discrepancies when they arise. You are also willing to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support the operations team.

What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch, receiving and unpacking pallets of products from vendors, and managing inventory to ensure that everything is organized and accounted for. You will also be responsible for cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility, maintaining a tidy and efficient workspace.

In addition to these tasks, you will manage waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices, ensuring that products are rotated properly. You will communicate with customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items, providing excellent customer service and support. Your role will require you to handle, scan, and move products safely and efficiently, using equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies. You will also be expected to work in freezer locations periodically throughout your shifts, demonstrating your versatility and commitment to the job.
