What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in the operations team. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, verifying that the physical inventory matches the purchase orders and resolving any discrepancies. Managing inventory and re-shelving canceled orders will be part of your daily tasks, as well as cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility. You will also be responsible for managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices. Your role will require you to contact customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items, ensuring excellent customer service. You will handle, scan, and move products safely, using equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies. Additionally, you will work in freezer locations periodically throughout your shifts and may need to walk several flights of steps during the day.
