You have a general working knowledge of basic web-based software applications, which helps you manage tasks efficiently. Your flexibility in working hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, allows you to adapt to the needs of the operations team. You are enthusiastic about contributing to a team that reshapes the retail experience for customers.

What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers receive their everyday essentials promptly. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch, receiving and unpacking pallets of products, and managing inventory to ensure accuracy. You will also be responsible for cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility, as well as managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices.

You will interact with customers to handle substitutions or out-of-stock items, ensuring a smooth experience for them. Your role will require you to handle, scan, and move products safely and efficiently, using equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies. You may also work in freezer locations periodically throughout your shifts, which requires adaptability and a willingness to take on various tasks as needed.
