What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers receive their everyday essentials efficiently. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch, receiving and unpacking pallets of products, and managing inventory to ensure accuracy. You will also be responsible for cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility, as well as managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices. You will work closely with partner drivers to ensure smooth operations and communicate with customers regarding any substitutions or out-of-stock items. Your role will require you to handle products safely and efficiently, using equipment such as carts and pallet jacks to move items as needed.
