What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in the operations team by picking and packing items for dispatch to customers. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, ensuring that the physical inventory count matches the purchase order or invoice. You will manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders while maintaining a clean and organized sales floor and overall facility. Additionally, you will handle waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices. Your responsibilities will also include contacting customers for substituted or out-of-stock items and ensuring that products are handled, scanned, and moved in a safe and well-organized manner. You will work in various locations, including freezer areas, and will be required to use equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies to move products efficiently.
