What you'll do

As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of Gopuff. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. You will also be responsible for receiving and unpacking pallets of products from vendors, verifying that the physical inventory count matches the purchase order or invoice, and addressing any discrepancies that may occur.

In addition to managing inventory, you will help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and overall facility. This includes adhering to strict compliance with FIFO practices to manage waste and spoilage effectively. You will also be responsible for contacting customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items, ensuring that they are informed and satisfied with their orders.

Your role will require physical activity, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 49 pounds throughout your shifts. You will utilize equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies to move products safely and efficiently. Flexibility is key, as you may be required to work during peak shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
