What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers receive their everyday essentials promptly. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch, receiving and unpacking pallets of products, and managing inventory to ensure accuracy. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized sales floor and facility, adhering to FIFO practices to manage waste and spoilage effectively.

You will work closely with partner drivers to facilitate smooth operations and ensure that customer needs are met. Your role will require you to handle various products, including those that may contain tobacco, nicotine, or alcohol, and you will need to be comfortable working in different environments, including freezer locations. You will also engage with customers to address any issues related to substituted or out-of-stock items, ensuring a positive experience for all.
