Your drive and perseverance will help you succeed in this role, where you will be responsible for various operational tasks. You are comfortable standing and walking for extended periods and can lift up to 49 pounds as needed. You are also adaptable and willing to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What you'll do

As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in the operations team by picking and packing items for dispatch to customers. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, ensuring that the physical inventory count matches the purchase order or invoice. If discrepancies arise, you will resolve them promptly. You will manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders, keeping the sales floor and overall facility clean and organized. Additionally, you will handle waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices. Your responsibilities will also include contacting customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items and ensuring that products are handled, scanned, and moved safely and efficiently. You will use equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies to move products and may work in freezer locations periodically throughout your shifts.
