Your attention to detail will help you resolve discrepancies in inventory counts and ensure compliance with FIFO practices.

You are physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 49 pounds throughout your shifts. You are comfortable using equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies to move products safely and efficiently. Your ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, makes you a valuable asset to the team.

What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the site. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, verifying that the physical inventory count matches the purchase order or invoice, and addressing any discrepancies that arise.

You will manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders, maintaining an organized and efficient workspace. Cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility will be part of your daily tasks, as well as managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices. You will also be responsible for contacting customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process.

Your role will require you to handle, scan, and move products in a safe and well-organized manner. You will work in various locations within the facility, including freezer areas, and may need to walk several flights of steps during your shifts. Your ability to prepare quality beverages and food menu items will also be part of your responsibilities, contributing to the overall customer experience.
