What you'll do
As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, receiving and unpacking pallets of products from vendors, and managing inventory. You will ensure that the physical inventory count matches purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies. Additionally, you will be responsible for cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility, managing waste and spoilage, and handling customer communications regarding substitutions or out-of-stock items. You will also be required to operate equipment such as carts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently. Your role may involve working in freezer locations and lifting products up to 49 pounds, so physical stamina is essential.
