Who you are
You are an enthusiastic individual with a drive for operational excellence. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to take on various responsibilities that come with being an Operations Associate. Your positive attitude and perseverance make you a valuable team member. You are capable of lifting up to 49 pounds and can stand and walk for the duration of your assigned shift. You have a general working knowledge of basic web-based software applications, which will help you in your daily tasks.
Desirable
While not required, having the ability to work a fluid schedule and being available during peak shifts is a plus. Your flexibility will allow you to adapt to the needs of the operations team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.
What you'll do
As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in the operations team. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, receiving and unpacking pallets of products from vendors, and ensuring that the physical inventory count matches the purchase order. You will also manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders, clean and organize the sales floor, and manage waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices. Additionally, you will handle, scan, and move products safely and in an organized manner, ensuring that all operations run smoothly.
