What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the site. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, verifying that the physical inventory matches the purchase orders and resolving any discrepancies that arise. Additionally, you will manage the inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders, ensuring that the sales floor remains organized and well-stocked.

You will also be responsible for managing waste and spoilage by adhering to strict FIFO practices, which is vital for maintaining product quality. Communication with customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items will be part of your duties, as you strive to provide excellent service. You will handle, scan, and move products safely and efficiently, utilizing equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies. Your role will require you to be physically active, standing, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, reaching, and walking during your shifts.
