You are physically capable of performing tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting up to 49 pounds throughout your shift. You are adaptable and can work a fluid schedule that includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What you'll do

As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, receiving and unpacking pallets of products from vendors, and managing inventory to ensure that physical counts match purchase orders. You will also be responsible for cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility, managing waste and spoilage, and ensuring compliance with FIFO practices. You will work closely with partner drivers to facilitate smooth operations and will need to communicate effectively with customers regarding any substitutions or out-of-stock items. Your role will require you to handle products that may contain tobacco, nicotine, and/or alcohol, and you will occasionally work in freezer locations. You will utilize equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies to move products safely and efficiently.
