Who you are
You have a strong background in software engineering and a passion for helping teams improve their software delivery processes. With experience in toolchain observability, you understand the challenges software teams face and are eager to provide solutions that enhance their capabilities. You are proficient in Java and Python, and have hands-on experience with Gradle Build Tool and Apache Maven, which allows you to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with customers to understand their needs and challenges. Your ability to listen and seek to understand different viewpoints enables you to build strong relationships with clients. You approach your work with a clear sense of purpose, ensuring that every interaction is meaningful and focused on delivering value.
You are comfortable working remotely and are able to manage your time effectively across different time zones. Your experience in pre-sales or customer-facing roles has equipped you with the skills to present complex technical information in an accessible manner. Desirable
