What you'll do

Your responsibilities will include writing accurate job descriptions, finding the right talent to meet client goals, and introducing talent to clients in a way that highlights their experience and relevance. You will also track and incorporate feedback from both clients and talent to enhance the matching process and increase the likelihood of success.
