What you'll do

As an Observability Architect at Grafana, you will redefine post-sales technical partnerships by engaging with key customers to understand their observability needs. You will leverage the Grafana LGTM Stack to help clients manage their observability strategies effectively. Your role will involve designing and implementing solutions that enhance the monitoring capabilities of organizations, ensuring they can visualize and analyze their data seamlessly.

You will work closely with engineering teams to provide feedback on product features and enhancements based on customer interactions. Your insights will drive the development of new functionalities that align with market demands. Additionally, you will conduct training sessions and workshops to empower customers in utilizing Grafana's tools to their fullest potential.

You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts and collaborating with sales teams to expand Grafana's footprint in the observability space. Your expertise will guide customers through their journey, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes with Grafana's solutions.
