What you'll do

As an Observability Architect at Grafana, you will redefine post-sales technical partnerships with our most important customers. You will engage with clients to understand their observability needs and help them implement effective strategies using the Grafana LGTM Stack. Your role will involve designing and architecting solutions that leverage Grafana's capabilities, ensuring that clients can monitor their systems effectively. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to provide feedback and insights that drive product improvements. Additionally, you will lead workshops and training sessions to empower clients in utilizing Grafana tools to their fullest potential. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and retention, making you a key player in Grafana's growth.
