Desirable

Experience with Grafana and its ecosystem is a plus, as well as familiarity with cloud-based observability solutions. You may also have experience in leading technical discussions and guiding teams through the implementation of observability practices.

What you'll do

As an Observability Architect at Grafana, you will redefine what post-sales technical partnership looks like. You will engage with customers to understand their observability needs and help them implement effective strategies using the Grafana LGTM Stack. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer implementations are successful and meet their expectations.

You will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to customers, helping them leverage Grafana's tools to monitor and visualize their data effectively. Your expertise will be crucial in driving customer satisfaction and ensuring that they achieve their desired outcomes with Grafana's solutions.

You will also play a key role in scaling Grafana's observability practices, contributing to the development of best practices and resources that can be shared with customers and internal teams. Your insights will help shape the future of Grafana's offerings and enhance the overall customer experience.
