What you'll do

As an Observability Architect at Grafana, you will lead the charge in redefining how we engage with our customers post-sale. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique observability challenges and design tailored solutions using the Grafana LGTM Stack. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that our observability strategies align with customer goals and deliver measurable results.

You will be responsible for guiding customers through the implementation of Grafana's observability tools, ensuring they maximize the value of our products. This includes conducting workshops, providing technical guidance, and offering best practices for monitoring and observability.
