Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in go-to-market enablement, ideally with experience in a technology or software company. Your ability to adapt global programs to local market realities sets you apart, and you thrive in a remote-first environment where collaboration is key. You understand the nuances of sales enablement and are passionate about improving seller productivity and consistency across teams. Your strong communication skills allow you to effectively partner with leadership and drive initiatives that resonate with the local market. You are comfortable working independently while also being a team player, ensuring that you contribute to a culture of transparency and trust.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the enablement strategy for the EMEA region, extending global programs and adapting them to meet local needs. You will work closely with sales teams to identify gaps in knowledge and skills, developing training materials and resources that empower sellers to succeed. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular training sessions, providing ongoing support, and measuring the effectiveness of enablement initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals and objectives, and you will be instrumental in driving the adoption of best practices across the organization. As the in-timezone enablement leader, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Grafana's sales efforts in EMEA.
