Overview

Grafana is hiring a Senior GTM Enablement Manager to lead regional enablement strategy and execution across Sales and the broader GTM organization. You'll work closely with EMEA leadership to enhance seller productivity. This role is remote and requires strong strategic and execution skills.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in go-to-market enablement, ideally with experience in a technology or SaaS environment. Your strategic mindset allows you to adapt global programs to local market realities, ensuring that sales teams are equipped with the right tools and knowledge to succeed. You thrive in a remote-first culture and are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams across different time zones. Your communication skills are exceptional, enabling you to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and are adept at using metrics to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs. You have experience in training and coaching sales teams, helping them to improve their performance and achieve their targets. Your ability to analyze market trends and seller feedback allows you to continuously refine and enhance enablement strategies.

What you'll do

As the Senior GTM Enablement Manager, you will own the enablement strategy for the EMEA region, ensuring that sales teams are well-prepared to engage with customers effectively. You will extend global enablement programs, adapting them to meet the specific needs of the EMEA market. Collaborating closely with EMEA leadership, you will identify opportunities to improve seller productivity and consistency, driving initiatives that enhance the overall effectiveness of the sales organization.

You will be responsible for developing training materials and resources that empower sales teams to understand and communicate the value of Grafana's products. This includes conducting training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to ensure that all team members are equipped with the knowledge they need to succeed. You will also gather feedback from sellers to continuously improve the enablement process, making adjustments based on their experiences and challenges in the field.
