What you'll do

As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Grafana, you will be the go-to expert for customers, guiding them through the implementation and optimization of Grafana's observability solutions. You will conduct demos, provide hands-on enablement, and engage in technical evaluations to ensure customers are fully equipped to utilize the Grafana LGTM Stack effectively. Your role will involve ongoing interactions with customers to address their needs and help them achieve their goals.

You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements. Your insights will help shape the future of Grafana's offerings, ensuring they meet the evolving demands of users worldwide. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster a collaborative learning environment.
