What you'll do

In this role, you will manage and mentor a team of IT support professionals, ensuring they have the resources and training needed to provide exceptional service to all Superhuman employees. You will be responsible for building and leading a world-class IT support function that aligns with the company's mission to enhance productivity through AI.
