What you'll do
As a Commercial Customer Success Manager, you will own the full post-sales customer lifecycle for your assigned commercial accounts. This includes ensuring seamless onboarding, activation, and long-term success for your customers. You will lead renewal discussions and work closely with the Commercial CS Manager to drive customer satisfaction and retention. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience and maximize the value of Grammarly's offerings. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for account expansion and driving adoption of new features and products.
