You have a strong background in program management, ideally with experience in legal, product, or privacy domains. You excel at distilling complex regulatory challenges into clear problem statements and actionable plans. Your ability to manage large-scale cross-functional initiatives is complemented by your strong communication skills, enabling you to partner effectively with teams across product, engineering, and data science. You are proactive in anticipating friction points and adept at navigating complex organizational dynamics to keep projects on track. You thrive in environments where you can drive visibility and decision-making at the executive level, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
What you'll do
As a Legal Program Manager at Grammarly, you will be a core driver of the teamβs operating model, helping to define and translate strategic priorities into clear, actionable programs. You will own large-scale initiatives where the Legal team is either leading or playing a key role, ensuring that all workstreams are mapped out and accountability is assigned. Your role will involve close collaboration with various teams, including product, engineering, and privacy, to ensure that complex efforts are executed smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for tracking progress and celebrating wins, fostering a culture of recognition and motivation within the team. Additionally, you will work closely with Legal Ops and Strategy & Ops to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
