You have a proven track record of serving as a trusted legal advisor to senior executives in product, security, and engineering. You excel at translating complex legal requirements into actionable business strategies and designing scalable frameworks that drive innovation. You are energized by the opportunity to make a significant impact within your team and the broader company. You possess excellent coordination skills, allowing you to stay informed about business activities and future plans. Your deep understanding of applicable laws and regulatory frameworks enables you to effectively advise and draft policies while facilitating the implementation of products and processes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead and manage the Product & Privacy legal team at PagerDuty. You will oversee the management of the company's intellectual property portfolio and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will collaborate closely with product, security, and engineering teams to provide legal guidance that supports business objectives. Your responsibilities will include advising on product development, privacy policies, and security protocols, ensuring that legal considerations are integrated into the product lifecycle. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing legal strategies that align with PagerDuty's business goals. As a senior leader, you will mentor and guide your team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. You will play a key role in navigating complex technical and regulatory landscapes, helping to drive business innovation while mitigating legal risks.
