What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and support a team of Customer Service Specialists responsible for handling internal support tickets. You will play a critical part in ensuring smooth account operations and customer verification processes. Your leadership will guide the team in maintaining high standards of case quality and regulatory compliance. You will report to the Senior Customer Service Associate Manager and collaborate closely with other departments to enhance customer experience. You will also focus on developing your team members, helping them grow in their roles and improve their performance.
