What you'll do
As a Client Service Associate, you will play a vital role in understanding your clientβs unique business questions and identifying the experts who can best provide the answers. You will work closely with Project Managers to develop strategies for satisfying each client project request. Utilizing platforms like LinkedIn, press releases, and case studies, you will identify the best experts for our clients to get their strategic or investment questions answered. You will also be responsible for screening experts to determine their suitability for each specific client project and developing professional profiles to present to your clients. This role will provide you with hands-on experience in project management and customer service, allowing you to deliver excellent results for clients.
