Who you are

You have experience in client success or account management, ideally within the financial services sector, where you've developed strong relationships with clients and understood their needs. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate the value of services effectively to various stakeholders. You are proactive in identifying client pain points and have a strategic mindset to enhance client engagement and satisfaction. You are comfortable with data analysis, allowing you to monitor client usage trends and make informed recommendations. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with senior team members to achieve common goals. You are adaptable and can manage multiple client accounts while maintaining a high level of service.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with senior members of the Client Service team to increase the user base at client firms through strategic outreach efforts. You will conduct cold calls and emails to activate new clients and meet project targets. Monitoring client usage trends will be a key responsibility, as you will identify inflection points in their usage data to proactively address any potential issues. You will onboard new users, educating them on the various services Guidepoint offers under their subscription. Developing a solid understanding of the financial services industry, including hedge funds and private equity firms, will be essential to effectively communicate Guidepoint's value to clients. You will also contribute to building long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they maximize their partnership with Guidepoint.

Guidepoint offers a competitive salary of $70,000, along with an annual discretionary bonus based on performance. You will work in a hybrid environment, allowing for flexibility between remote work and in-office collaboration in Boston.
