Who you are

You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree and at least 2 years of professional experience in a client-facing role. You possess strong communication skills and are adept at managing multiple client requests efficiently. Your ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions is key to your success in this role.

You are detail-oriented and have a knack for research, allowing you to identify and recruit appropriate experts for client projects. You are familiar with compliance requirements and can navigate complex client-specific procedures with ease. Your experience in using CRM systems will help you manage client interactions effectively.

What you'll do

As a Client Service Research Manager, you will be responsible for delivering Guidepointโ€™s services to clients around the world. You will help clients collect primary research insights to refine their business strategies, including new market entries and product launches. Managing client requests will be a significant part of your role, including project scope changes and expert scheduling.

You will work closely with the Sales and Relationship Management teams to optimize client use of Guidepointโ€™s services. Your role will require you to communicate effectively with teammates in other offices to ensure seamless transitions between time zones on critical client requests. You will also be responsible for following client-specific compliance procedures to ensure that all interactions meet necessary standards.
