Who you are
You have 2-4 years of client-facing or account management experience — you've successfully managed relationships and understand the nuances of client service delivery. Your outgoing personality allows you to engage with professionals at all levels, ensuring that you can effectively communicate and understand client needs. You have experience managing a team, providing guidance and training to ensure best practices are followed in sourcing and matching Advisors to client projects.
You hold a Bachelor's Degree and are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing time between the office and remote work. Your excellent priority management skills enable you to juggle multiple client requests while maintaining high service standards. You are committed to fostering an equitable and welcoming environment for all team members, regardless of background or identity.
What you'll do
As a Project Manager on the Client Service team, you will serve as the main point of contact for key client accounts, ensuring day-to-day relationship management and service delivery. You will coordinate with a team of Associates to execute client requests, focusing on research and due diligence related to industry trends and market opportunities. Your role will involve training Associates on best practices for Advisor sourcing and screening, ensuring that clients receive the best possible matches for their projects.
You will work closely with Business Development teams to optimize client usage of Guidepoint's services, enhancing overall client satisfaction and engagement. Collaboration with other Project Managers will be essential as you provide industry guidance and support for various projects. Your contributions will directly impact Guidepoint's success by ensuring that clients receive timely and relevant expertise to inform their business decisions.
