Job Description
Who you are
You have 2-4 years of client-facing or account management experience — you've successfully managed relationships and understand the nuances of client service delivery. Your outgoing personality allows you to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
You possess a Bachelor's Degree and have previous experience managing a team — you know how to guide and train Associates to optimize their performance and enhance client satisfaction. Your ability to work in the PST time zone is essential for coordinating with clients and team members effectively.
What you'll do
As a Project Manager on the Client Service team, you will serve as the main point of contact for key client accounts — your role involves understanding each client's specific research needs and delivering the right experts to inform their business decisions. You will coordinate with a team of Associates to execute client requests, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
You will provide training to Associates regarding best practices around prospective Advisor sourcing, recruiting, interaction, and screening — this will help in delivering the best Advisor match for each client project. Collaborating closely with the Business Development teams, you will optimize your clients' use of Guidepoint's services, enhancing their overall experience.
You will also work with other Project Managers on the team to provide industry guidance for projects — your insights will be invaluable in shaping the direction of client engagements and ensuring that the team meets its objectives.
What we offer
Guidepoint offers a competitive base salary of $62,000, along with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance. You will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while being part of a dynamic team in the Phoenix office.
