Who you are

You have 2-4 years of client-facing or account management experience — you've successfully managed relationships and understand the nuances of client service delivery. Your outgoing personality allows you to communicate effectively with people at all professional levels, ensuring that you can build rapport and trust with clients and team members alike.

You possess a Bachelor's Degree and have previous experience managing a team — this experience has equipped you with the skills to train and guide Associates in best practices for Advisor sourcing and screening. You excel in priority management, allowing you to juggle multiple client requests while maintaining high service standards.

What you'll do

As a Project Manager on the Client Service team, you will serve as the main point of contact for key client accounts — your role will involve understanding each client’s specific research needs and delivering the right Advisors for their projects. You will coordinate with a team of Associates to execute client requests efficiently, ensuring that clients receive timely and relevant expertise.

You will provide training to Associates on best practices for Advisor interaction and screening, fostering a culture of excellence within your team. Collaborating closely with the Business Development teams, you will optimize your clients’ use of Guidepoint’s services, ensuring they derive maximum value from their engagements.

In addition, you will work with other Project Managers to provide industry guidance for projects, sharing insights and strategies that enhance the overall service delivery. Your role is crucial in maintaining the high standards that Guidepoint is known for, and you will play a vital part in the company’s success.

What we offer

Guidepoint offers a competitive base salary of $62,000, along with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance. You will work in a hybrid environment, allowing you to balance your time between the office in Phoenix and remote work.
