Who you are

You have over 5 years of project management experience, demonstrating a strong ability to lead complex projects from initiation to closure. Your proactive and delivery-focused approach ensures that you drive successful implementation and delivery of client-facing projects, aligning with scope, budget, and timelines. You are adept at building project plans based on customer requirements and implementation team deliverables, ensuring that all activities align with the agreed Statement of Work (SOW).

Your understanding of key technical concepts, particularly in Conversational AI, allows you to independently build project plans that meet client needs. You are skilled in tracking action items and enforcing accountability across stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned to project outcomes. Your ability to identify and mitigate risks early in the project lifecycle is a testament to your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

You foster a culture of collaboration and excellence, communicating clearly and regularly with all stakeholders to keep them informed and engaged throughout the project. Your experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies equips you with the flexibility to adapt to various project requirements and team dynamics.

What you'll do

Post-project evaluations will be part of your responsibilities, allowing you to assess project success and areas for improvement.
