Job Description
Who you are
You have 2-4 years of client-facing or account management experience — you've successfully managed relationships and understand the nuances of client service delivery. Your outgoing personality allows you to communicate effectively with professionals at all levels, ensuring that client needs are met promptly and efficiently.
You possess a Bachelor's Degree and have previous experience managing a team — your leadership skills enable you to train Associates on best practices for sourcing and screening Advisors, ensuring the best matches for client projects. You excel in priority management, allowing you to juggle multiple client requests while maintaining high service standards.
What you'll do
As a Project Manager on the Client Service team, you will serve as the main point of contact for key client accounts — your role involves understanding each client's specific research needs and coordinating with a team of Associates to deliver timely and relevant expertise. You will work closely with Business Development teams to optimize client engagement with Guidepoint's services, ensuring that clients receive the best possible support.
You will also collaborate with other Project Managers to provide industry guidance for projects — this involves sharing insights and strategies that enhance the overall service delivery process. Your ability to manage relationships and oversee project execution will be crucial to Guidepoint's success in connecting clients with the right Advisors.
What we offer
Guidepoint offers a competitive base salary of $75,000, along with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance. You will work in a hybrid environment, allowing for flexibility between remote work and in-office collaboration in San Francisco.
