You have 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech or SaaS — you've successfully managed the hiring process from sourcing to closing candidates across various roles. You thrive in a remote-first, asynchronous environment and are adept at adapting to different time zones and communication styles. Your proactive sourcing skills enable you to identify and engage exceptional candidates who align with company values. You are comfortable using tools like Ashby and Notion to enhance the efficiency of the hiring process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. You understand the importance of collaboration with hiring managers to deeply comprehend their team dynamics and role requirements, allowing you to effectively match candidates with the right opportunities.
What you'll do
As a Technical Recruiter at RevenueCat, you will play a vital role in building a winning remote-first team that supports our mission to help developers monetize their apps effectively. You will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for various roles, including engineering, finance, and marketing, ensuring that we attract top talent. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the offer process. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and provide insights into the candidate market. Your focus will be on shipping quickly while maintaining a high bar for candidate experience, ensuring that every candidate feels valued throughout the process. You will also contribute to refining our recruitment strategies and processes, helping to shape the future of our hiring practices.

We provide a fully remote and flexible work environment, allowing you to work from anywhere in the Americas. Our team enjoys a generous time-off policy, with 4-5 weeks of suggested time off annually for mental, physical, and emotional recharge.
