Guidepoint is hiring a Senior Institutional Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies targeting financial institutions in Asia. You'll leverage your expertise in sales and account management to build relationships and achieve revenue targets.

Who you are

You are an experienced sales and business development professional with a strong background in selling to global and regional financial institutions. You have a proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies that drive revenue growth. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with clients is exceptional, and you are motivated to make a significant impact in your role. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about helping clients make informed business decisions.

You possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and your expertise in the financial services sector allows you to understand the unique needs of institutional clients. You are skilled in strategic sales and account management, with the ability to set targets and performance metrics that align with business objectives. Your communication skills enable you to effectively convey market developments to both clients and internal teams.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at achieving revenue targets as part of the regional and global sales team. You will engage in strategic sales and account management planning, taking initiatives from concept to execution across financial institutions in Asia. Your responsibilities will include setting targets, vision, and strategy to meet agreed-upon performance metrics. You will actively seek out opportunities to build and maintain relationships with prospective clients across the spectrum of institutional and investment firms.

You will communicate market developments to the marketing and client service teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to create custom offerings that enhance client partnerships. You will play a crucial role in expanding Guidepoint's reach with both new and existing clients, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
