You have a proven track record in institutional sales, particularly within the fintech or marketplace sectors β your experience includes building and managing relationships with high-profile investors and institutions. You understand the dynamics of the secondary market for pre-IPO securities and can navigate complex market environments with ease. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify opportunities for revenue growth while maintaining a relentless focus on client satisfaction and trust-building. You thrive in high-impact, client-facing roles where success is measured by revenue and deal flow. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a rapidly growing startup culture.
What you'll do
As the Director of Institutional Sales at Hiive, you will be responsible for developing and expanding a portfolio of institutional and ultra-high-net-worth investor relationships. You will leverage your expertise to drive revenue growth by prospecting new clients and re-engaging dormant accounts. Your role will involve becoming an expert on the secondary market for pre-IPO securities, understanding key participants, and effectively communicating Hiive's investment capabilities to the market. You will work closely with the sales and trading team to generate significant liquidity and trading volume on our platform. Additionally, you will play a key role in shaping the sales strategy and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
