What you'll do
As the Group Sales Director, you will own the revenue and performance for GumGumโs independent agency business in New England and the NYC Metro area. You will oversee a team of sellers, guiding them to achieve a $20M+ annual revenue target. Your responsibilities will include driving growth across existing agency partnerships and developing new relationships to expand GumGum's market presence. You will set the operating standard for your region, ensuring that your team adheres to best practices in pipeline management, forecasting, and deal execution. You will also serve as a key senior presence for GumGum in the market, representing the companyโs values and mission to potential partners and clients.
