Your experience includes working with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and implement strategic initiatives. You excel at bridging the gap between technical and business teams, ensuring that AI-driven projects align with organizational goals. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with various stakeholders, including Product, Marketing, and Finance teams. You are committed to fostering a culture of wellbeing and inclusivity in the workplace.
What you'll do
As the AI Ops Program Manager, you will lead AI-driven projects aimed at optimizing operational processes within the Wellhub Revenue organization. You will be responsible for deploying and managing AI agents, ensuring they effectively support the sales team. Your role will involve analyzing data insights to drive decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to orchestrate strategic initiatives that align with the company's AI strategy. This includes working with Product and Marketing teams to ensure that AI solutions meet the needs of clients and enhance the overall user experience. You will also monitor the progress of AI projects, providing updates and recommendations to senior management.
