What you'll do
As a Content Specialist at Harvey, you will be responsible for developing, organizing, and maintaining the Help Center, which serves as the primary knowledge resource for customers. You will collaborate closely with the Customer Education team to create and optimize content that empowers users to effectively utilize Harvey's platform. Your role will involve researching user needs, identifying knowledge gaps, and creating comprehensive guides and tutorials that enhance the customer experience.
You will also analyze user feedback and engagement metrics to continuously improve the Help Center content, ensuring it remains relevant and valuable.
