What you'll do

As a Content Specialist at Harvey, you will be responsible for developing, organizing, and maintaining the Help Center, which serves as a primary resource for customer knowledge. You will create and optimize content that empowers users to effectively utilize Harvey's platform. Collaborating closely with the Customer Education team, you will ensure that the Help Center is up-to-date and reflects the latest product features and best practices.

You will analyze user feedback and content performance metrics to continuously improve the Help Center's effectiveness. Your role will involve working with various stakeholders, including product managers and engineers, to gather insights and create comprehensive guides, FAQs, and tutorials that address customer needs. You will also play a key role in onboarding new customers by providing them with the resources they need to succeed with Harvey's platform.
